To all traders, professional or otherwise, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM Elev8, formerly known as OctaFx if you care about the safety of your funds. The funds of multiple users have been locked in the account, unable to be withdrawn for almost a MONTH since they moved from the Octa Fx interface. From April 1st till today 8th of MAY, I have been unable to make a SINGLE withdrawal. They said that there will be someone from the team contacting me but till TODAY, NOTHING . This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE for any financial services platform to be this passive over their clients hard earned money in we have entrusted them with. If there is an internal review to be done, it should be done in 3 working days Maximum, not a whole MONTH. Support is absolutely USELESS, keeps diverting me to email them, doing that is even more useless, it’s like talking to a wall. I have resorted to posting on several forex forums with representatives from Elev8 supposedly on there but they do not even have the courtesy to reply, PLEASE LOOK AT ALL THE 1 STAR REVEIEWS BEFORE DEPOSITING ANY AMOUNT OF MONEY WITH ELEV8. My review will stay until a resolution is found and I withdraw every single penny from the account.

Its been almost 5 months i am waiting to resolve my withdrawal issue. and from almost 1 month i am currently assisting with relevant docs they required but still not getting the solution i am very much disappointed daily same excuse thet we are working why you so much slow on working?
