The support team responds to each question quite fast. The withdrawal of funds was faster the expected (less than 24 hours). However, since the funds were withdrawn to a Canadian account,they explained that the amount credited was much less due to a conversion from their bank (USA) to the destined institution (Canada) plus $45 fees.

I can’t even log in to MT4, and I have open positions hanging in the balance,leaving me completely in the dark about what’s happening with my trades. This isn’t just frustrating; it feels like walking a tightrope blindfolded. I’ve had it with this broker. They promise transparency but deliver chaos. Negative slippage left and right, hidden commissions on withdrawals, and dealing-desk tactics that seem straight out of a bad playbook. And don’t get me started on the customer support, rude, dismissive, and unhelpful.
