I’ve never used a broker that always looking to hit ur st for a trader it’s ok to hit the market ur st and sometimes it’s going near to ur st and go back but for this broker it’s a scam unregistered one so stay far it’s no star I can’t even do that

CRAZY SPREAD ON CROSS CURRENCIES I have been using HeroFx now for over 6 months, but their only big problem is with liquidity. Just an advice to anyone willing to open up an account with them, HeroFX has the highest spread on minors/Crosses currencies especially during markets reopening I just got liquidated with their high spread whenever I check with my other broker trading the same asset my trade still running on there. The pair HeroFX got me out with their Crazy high spread during market reopening was CAD/CHF. So please do not sign up with HEROFX if you won’t be able to readjust your SL every time during Asian market open. So far, this is my most negative review for them as this is not good for most traders. Additionally, am still with them but one more advice to their customer care team who are viewing all reviews here on Trustpilot, I do not think any HEROFX staff should be cursing at people who are giving their experience with the Broker, this how you might lose clients, telling people that they drunk or high that isn’t right way to address customers issues with the broker. Anyway, am still here with you guys “HEROFX” and have enrolled for partnership for me to refer some of my FX students to HeroFX and had got multiple referrals payouts “That’s a good thing” But I will still advocate for the best service in the industry. And for your info as Trustpilot removed my previous review and am here as HEROFX client, am not here to waste my time as my Account ID with HeroFx 2828066. I can even provide all the info needed. Note to HeroFX Staff: Do not come up here and curse at me just because of my negative reviews, this negative review shouldn’t upset you but should shape the way your company works, as there is so many brokers out there. I normally dont write reviews but very good broker pays me out in less than a hour will promote them as my social media grows fasho very trustful.

Pretty solid so far. The only reliable broker in the game available for US traders that isn’t bait and switch like the other ones that exist then randomly get shut down. Fast support replies too. They’re also the only ones with the whole hero10x concept which is a LIFESAVER as someone who got tired of prop firms and needed more capital so it’s like a funded account without the sham rules that prop firms have to make you fail.
