I am based in Pakistan and my experience with IC Markets has recently become very frustrating. First of all, they allow crypto deposits, but there is NO crypto withdrawal option available. This creates a serious issue for clients like me. The only withdrawal options provided are bank wire and e-wallets. Bank withdrawal has already failed in my case due to local banking restrictions, causing delays, stress, and unnecessary SWIFT charges. I had to wait for weeks without receiving my funds. On top of that, I have been emailing their support team for the past 3–4 weeks, but I still haven’t received any reliable or practical solution. Responses are slow and mostly generic. Because of this, I am currently unable to withdraw funds smoothly, and this has negatively affected both my trading and confidence in the platform. Previously, everything was smooth, but now withdrawals have become a major issue. Due to this situation, I am also unable to confidently refer clients anymore. I hope IC Markets improves their withdrawal system, especially for regions like Pakistan, and provides consistent deposit and withdrawal methods. At the moment, this has been a very disappointing experience
